With over 30 years of experience in education, Vanessa brings a wealth of expertise, insight and passion to every school she works with. As a successful primary headteacher for the past ten years, Vanessa understands the challenges and opportunities within school leadership firsthand. Her career spans roles as a local authority advisor and consultant for a national education network, giving her a broad and deep perspective on school improvement across diverse contexts.
